Energy and charge transfer on surfaces and nanostructures - Part 2
Co-organized with University of Reggio Calabria & ENEA
Chairs: Giuliana FAGGIO & Giacomo MESSINA, University of Reggio Calabria and Nicola LISI, ENEA

Energy and charge transfer processes play a key-role in many application fields including sensors, storage, solar cells, photodetectors, emitters and actuators, where all devices are based on electronic and ionic transport, and photon exchange at surfaces and interfaces.

The development of innovative materials with properties tailored for specific applications pushes the scientific community to careful experimental and theoretical investigations.

The symposia aim to connect young and experienced scientists working in the field of electronics and photonics to share their knowledge and to provide a great opportunity for inspiring discussions and tightening scientific cooperation.

The topics cover various aspects of energy and charge transfer at surfaces and nanostructures, including design, synthesis and characterization techniques, from fundamental studies to technological integration in view of present and future applications.
